The Role

We are seeking a rare hybrid: a trained Architect who has pivoted into Human Resources and People Operations.
As our HR Architect, you won’t just be looking at resumes; you’ll be reviewing portfolios, technical competencies, and design sensibilities. You will use your architectural background to bridge the gap between client requirements and candidate expertise, ensuring that every placement meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• The Hiring Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for architects, engineers, and construction managers.
• Technical Vetting: Use your architectural knowledge to review portfolios and applications, distinguishing between “good” and “exceptional” technical skills.
• Client Collaboration: Liaise with architecture firms and construction companies to understand the specific “structural” needs of their teams.
• Curation: Move beyond mass-shortlisting to prepare a high-quality “Final List” of candidates who fit the technical and cultural vision of the project.
• Process Design: Apply architectural design principles to optimize our recruitment workflows, making them more efficient, scalable, and “user-friendly” for candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• Architecture Background: A degree in Architecture is essential. You must speak the language of Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and site management fluently.
• HR Transition: Proven experience or a deep-seated passion for Human Resources, recruitment, or organizational development.
• Obsession with Quality: An uncompromising eye for detail. You understand that in both HR and Architecture, a small oversight can compromise the whole structure.
• People-Centric: You are genuinely interested in career paths and helping professionals find their “forever home” in the industry.
• Communication: The ability to consult with high-level clients and coach candidates with equal professional grace.
