- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of job listings you post.
- You agree not to discriminate in job postings based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected class under applicable law.
- You must comply with all applicable labor and employment laws, including those related to wage laws, anti-discrimination laws, and data protection laws.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:
- Posting or sharing false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or hack the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of discrimination or harassment in job postings or communications.

Job Listings & Applications
- Job Listings: Employers can post job opportunities to the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of the job listings, nor do we guarantee the success of your job search.
- Job Applications: Job seekers can apply for posted jobs. We do not guarantee that applications will lead to job interviews, job offers, or employment.
Fees & Payments
Some features of the Platform, such as posting job listings or accessing premium services, may require a fee. By using paid features, you agree to the fees, payment terms, and billing procedures outlined on the Platform. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Third-Party Services
