The role

We’re looking for an organized, hands-on Project Supervisor who lives for execution and takes pride in a job well done. From layout to handover, you’ll drive the delivery of beautiful construction and interior projects ensuring things run smoothly, efficiently, and to our signature standard of excellence.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction and interior projects
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the project
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and site logistics
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and guide the team
• Document milestones, spend and deliverables for reporting

What you’ll need

• A degree or HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing interior or construction projects
• A love for structure, schedules, and smart problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a strong ability to lead teams
• Confidence, calm under pressure, and relentless attention to detail
• Experience in interior fi t-out projects is a strong advantage
• Experience in Project Management and coordinating end-to-end project delivery
• Strong skills in construction processes and methods
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
