At Livin Spaces Jobs, we strive to provide excellent service to employers and job seekers. Please read our Refund Policy carefully as it outlines the terms regarding refunds for job listings purchased through our platform.
No Refunds
All purchases of job listings and other related services are final. Once a job listing has been posted and payment is processed, we do not offer any refunds, regardless of whether the employer hires a candidate or not.
Replacement Job Listing
While we do not provide refunds, we understand that sometimes issues may arise due to circumstances beyond the employer’s control. If an employer’s failure to hire a candidate is directly caused by a technical issue or failure on our platform (for example, a malfunction in the job listing system or failure to display the job listing), we will offer a replacement job listing at no additional charge.
To request a replacement job listing, employers must:
- Provide detailed information about the technical issue that led to the failure to hire.
- Notify us via jobs@livinspaces.net within 3 days of posting the original job listing.
Conditions for Replacement
A replacement job listing will only be offered if:
- The failure to hire is due to a technical issue or error caused by the Livin Spaces Jobs hiring process or platform.
- The employer has followed all proper procedures for job listing creation and management.
- The employer contacts our support team within the designated time frame.
Replacement listings are subject to availability and may be subject to certain limitations based on the platform’s current capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Livin Spaces Jobs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the employer’s use of the platform, including any failure to hire a candidate. The replacement job listing is the sole remedy for any technical issues caused by the platform.
Changes to This Policy
Livin Spaces Jobs reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Employers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
