Project Manager Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong architectural background and hands-on experience in interior design and construction. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional design quality, smooth execution, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients to understand goals, budgets, and timelines, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into technical drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, finishes, and FF&E in line with project timelines and budgets.
• Liaise with contractors, artisans, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings, prepare progress reports, and flag risks or issues early.
• Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and variations are properly captured and maintained.
• Support quality control during installation and handover phases.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field of study.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in design project management, interior design, or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of design processes, building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools (additional graphic or rendering skills are an advantage).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors in the Nigerian construction environment is a plus.
