Junior Architect Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This isn’t a “standard” drafting role – we want an expressive designer who thinks outside the box but has the technical discipline to bring those visions to life. You will work across all stages of design, from initial conceptualization to final construction.

Job Title: Junior Architect (Remote + Site)
Location: Remote (Must be available for on-site visits in Lagos)
Role Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Expressive Concept Design: Develop bold architectural concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, and concept boards.
• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality Revit models and comprehensive construction drawing sets.
• Furniture/cabinetry Design & Production: design and detailing of cabinetry and furniture pieces, coordinating closely with makers and fabricators.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is being met and to solve real-world construction challenges.
• Collaboration: Work remotely with the lead architect while maintaining clear communication across digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Revit (BIM workflows) and Sketchup (conceptual modeling).
• Detail-Oriented: You have a genuine love for “how things are put together”—from wall sections to joinery details.
• Material Savvy: A strong interest in material properties, specifically for building finishes and furniture production.
• Trends and innovations: You stay ahead of global design trends and aren’t afraid to suggest experimental materials or methods.
• Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly and handle the autonomy of a fully remote setup.

Requirements

• An HND or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of professional experience (internship experience included).
• A portfolio that showcases both architectural projects and furniture/product design.
