Visual Storyteller / Videographer (Architecture) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Producer/Visual Story Teller who lives at the intersection of architecture and media. This isn’t just a basic content role – it is a documentarian role. You will follow our projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final interior styling, capturing the raw, technical, and beautiful moments in between.

Our goal is to take our audience behind the scenes, turning the “dirt and dust” of a construction site or project into a compelling visual narrative of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Documentation: Conduct frequent site visits to capture high-quality, professional photos and videos of projects at every stage of development.
• Multimedia Production: Shoot and edit high-energy short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikToks) as well as polished, long-form project mini-documentaries.
• Graphic Design: Design professional physical site signage, digital brochures, and social media carousels that align perfectly with our brand’s premium aesthetic.
• Media Management: Organize and maintain our digital asset library, ensuring all raw footage and final cuts are archived systematically.
• Visual Strategy: Package and queue visual content across our digital platforms, maintaining a highly aesthetic and consistent visual “voice” for prospective clients and design enthusiasts.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Video Editing: Advanced proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve. Must be highly skilled in rhythmic editing (syncing transitions to audio) and professional color grading for varied site lighting.
• Graphic Design: Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for high-end layout, typography, and branding.
• Equipment Savvy: Deep experience shooting with smartphones (iPhone/Android mobile rigs) as well as professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera setups.
• On-Site Confidence: Comfortable visiting active, fast-moving construction sites and safely navigating the physical environment to capture the best angles.

Preferred Qualifications

• A formal background or strong, demonstrated interest in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction.
• Ability to read floor plans or 3D renders to understand the spatial “vision” before the physical structure is built.
• A strong, visually focused portfolio showcasing a mix of video editing, field photography, and graphic layout design.
