3D Visualizer Full Time

Tope Edu Designs is looking to hire a talented 3D Visualizer to join their creative team. Your primary role will be to transform architectural concepts and 2D plans into high-end, atmospheric 3D renderings. You will be responsible for creating immersive visualizations that showcase textures, lighting, and spatial flow with extreme attention to detail, maintaining the luxury standard associated with our brand.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience Level: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Photorealistic Rendering: Produce high-fidelity 3D renderings and animations for interior and exterior architectural projects.
• Scene Composition: Interpret CAD drawings and designer sketches to build detailed 3D environments, including custom furniture modeling and realistic landscape elements.
• Material & Lighting Mastery: Develop and apply accurate textures and sophisticated lighting setups to create emotive and realistic scenes.
• Post-Production: Utilize advanced post-processing techniques to enhance final renders, ensuring they are ready for high-stakes client presentations and marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the lead architect and interior design team to iterate on design choices based on preliminary visual feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or any related technical field.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, preferably within the luxury residential sector.
• Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Lumion, Unreal Engine, or AI-assisted visualization tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for composition, color theory, and lighting in interior spaces.
