Livin Spaces is hiring a highly creative and social media savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. You will work closely with the Architectural Journalists to transform detailed, long-form stories and technical architectural content into punchy, engaging, and informative social media assets. Your goal is to make architecture accessible, fun, and visually irresistible across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Adaptation: Take long-form articles, project features, and technical drawings and “repackage” them into concise, engaging formats like Instagram Reels, carousels, and TikToks.
• Platform Strategy: Develop and execute tailored strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X, ensuring content is optimized for each platform’s unique algorithm and audience.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Architectural Journalist to ensure storytelling remains authentic while being adapted for social media.
• Community Engagement: Manage daily interactions, foster discussions, and respond to our growing community of designers and enthusiasts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats, applying them creatively to the architecture and design niche.
• Visual Design: Create high-quality graphics and short-form videos that maintain our brand’s aesthetic.

Requirements

• Creativity: A proven ability to turn complex details into fun, bite-sized content without losing the essence of the story.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media tools, scheduling, and analytics.
• Design Background (Plus): Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent short-form copywriting skills—you know how to write a hook that stops the scroll.
• Passionate: A genuine interest in architecture and design; you should love “nerding out” on beautiful spaces.
