Site Supervisor Full Time NEW

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Site Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end execution of our renovation and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who balances technical expertise in construction with the precision required for high-end furniture and cabinet production. You will be responsible for ensuring that every joint, finish, and structural element meets our rigorous quality standards while keeping the project strictly on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring all subcontractors, artisans, and laborers are organized, productive, and adhering to design specifications.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines using Microsoft Project. Track milestones and proactively adjust resources to prevent delays.
• Data & Budget Management: Use Excel to manage material take-offs, daily site logs, petty cash tracking, and progress reports.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections of all work—from structural civil works to the fine details of interior millwork and furniture installation—to ensure “zero-defect” delivery.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols on-site to ensure a hazard-free environment for all personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (for scheduling) and Microsoft Excel (for data management and reporting).
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in: Residential and Commercial Renovations; High-end Interior Fit-outs; General Building Construction; Furniture/Cabinetry Production (understanding joinery, finishes, and assembly).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional “eagle-eye” attention to detail and a natural ability to organize, motivate, and manage diverse teams of artisans.

Work Conditions

• Type: Contract-based (Duration dependent on project scope).
• Environment: This is a 100% on-site role. Candidates must be prepared for the physical demands of active construction and renovation environments.
