The role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail driven quantity surveyor with 3-5 years of experience who understands that great projects start with the numbers. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, supporting procurement, and ensuring every project is financially controlled from concept to completion.
What you’ll do
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for all construction and interior projects
- Develop accurate cost estimates from drawings and site measurements
- Monitor project budgets and track cost performance
- Work closely with Project Managers to control costs on-site
- Support procurement by sourcing, comparing, and negotiating with vendors
- Prepare variation costings and assess change orders
- Conduct market surveys to maintain updated material and labour rates
- Provide cost advice during the design stage to ensure buildability within budget
- Assist in contract documentation and fi nancial reporting
What you’ll need
- B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fi t-out or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control processes
- Solid understanding of materials, fi nishes, and installation methods
- Experience supporting procurement and vendor negotiations
- Proficiency in Excel and cost estimation tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and margin sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
